Conditional project configurations

We have a couple of projects where we have had to define project-specific settings: seed files, dgnlibs, sheet sizes, DWG options, and others. Rather than editing every PCF every time we need to make a change, is there a way we can set MicroStation to look in the project and only set a variable if a file exists, and if it doesn’t, use the Workspacestandards location instead?

Adding a New Catalog Filter

AECOsim Building Designer amalgamates the separate Bentley BIM products Architecture, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical into one product. The advantages of this are clear: you can create fully integrated Building Information Models, benefitting from the multi-disciplinary tools, even if you’re only working on one area of the project yourself. One of the disadvantages is that you’re confronted with a huge list of Catalogs, many of which you’ll never want to see.
