We have a couple of projects where we have had to define project-specific settings: seed files, dgnlibs, sheet sizes, DWG options, and others. Rather than editing every PCF every time we need to make a change, is there a way we can set MicroStation to look in the project and only set a variable if a file exists, and if it doesn’t, use the Workspacestandards location instead?

We created a cell for grid bubbles - a circle with text inside. The circle has a fill colour of 255,255,255. The problem is the cells are placed in the model. If you reference this into the sheet the background fill colour changes to black – obliterating the text inside. I now have over 100 grid symbols which I cannot just update cell because all the numbering disappears. I am hoping that there is a trick to getting them to look right...
